Returns & Refunds

I want you to love your jewelry. If something isn't right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• Custom, personalized, engraved, or resized pieces are made just for you and can't be returned, unless they arrive damaged or with a defect.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are unworn and still sealed.

How to return

1. Email me at info@lindycrafts.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. I'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before we talk.
3. Return shipping is paid by you. I recommend a tracked service, since I can't refund items lost on the way back.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and I've checked it, I'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping costs, if any, are not refunded. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email me within 7 days of delivery with a photo. I'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different piece is to return the one you have and place a new order.
