Where I ship

I ship to the United States and Canada.

Shipping costs

• United States: free shipping on every order.
• Canada: shipping is calculated at checkout. Canadian orders may be charged customs duties or import taxes on delivery. These are paid by the customer and are not included in the price.

Processing time

Every order is prepared and packed by hand. Orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment. Custom or personalized pieces may take longer; I'll let you know the timeline before I start.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days in the US and 7–14 business days to Canada, depending on the carrier. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Gift wrapping

Buying a gift? Gift wrapping is available on request. Just add a note at checkout or email me after you order.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package seems lost, email me at info@lindycrafts.com and I'll work with the carrier to sort it out.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, I'll reship it once you confirm the right address; the new shipping cost is paid by the customer.
